Doug started his career working in the construction industry. Before forming Impact Sign & Graphics with John Kelley, Doug worked in all areas of the signage and display industry. Started in operations and progressed to Regional Vice President within 6 years. As Regional Vice President, Doug was responsible for divisions in California, Arizona and Nevada. During his time as regional VP, he was involved in handling the needs of all his clients throughout the Southwest.

John Kelley – General Partner / Sales

     In 1991, John Kelley started working part-time as a sign placer in San Diego. Over the next 21 years he was rewarded with several promotions for his outstanding work ethic and customer service. During his tenure in the sign and building industry, John has held the following positions: Corporate Service Manager, Account Executive and Division Manager.

Perry Lowe – Operations Manager / Sales Account Executive / IT 

     Perry Lowe began his career in the signage industry over 21 years ago to help pay his way through college. Perry remained in the industry and progressed through many roles and promotions including Service Operations Manager, Account Executive, IT Manager, Division Manager and Operations Manager. Perry’s construction background, work ethic, customer service skills, desire to excel and experience has given him the foundation to provide first-rate service in his current role as Operations Manager / Sales Account Executive / IT Manager.

Diana Zona – Las Vegas Sales Assistant / Office Manager

     Mrs. Zona opened the doors of Impact Sign and Graphics with the team in 2011. Mrs. Zona received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing from Mercyhurst University in Erie Pennsylvania and has years of experience in customer service and account managing. She brings great organizational skills and communication abilities to our office. She is an exciting part of this great team!

David Miller –Las Vegas Service Manager

     David Miller has had many rolls in the signage industry. He has placed weekend directionals, produced and installed signs and was a Service Coordinator. His current position with Impact Sign and Graphics is Service Manager. He leads by example in his work ethic, determination, enthusiasm and positive professional demeanor which motivates his team to match his and our company standards. David is a great asset to this company!

Domingo Mota  – Las Vegas Production Manager

     Domingo has an extensive background in the Building & Construction Industry. His Production Management background has given him the advantage to being a first class Production Manager. Domingo manages all aspects of our Production Facility from preplanning to fabrication and then install. We are honored to have Domingo as our Production Manager.

Amber Barrick – Phoenix Sales Account Executive

     Amber Barrick has been with the Arizona Division since their doors opened in June 2014.  She manages ongoing client relationships and provides service for existing and new clients. She is a dedicated resource for assigned accounts with various levels of direct client contact. She is constantly building relationships with clients, business professionals and a variety of vendors to provide the best quality service for day-to-day operations. Her strong organizational skills combined with her keen attention to details makes her an excellent Account Executive for her clients. The knowledge and skills she has developed while attending Chandler-Gilbert Community College, as well as working in a fast passed medical field environment over the years has prepared her for a career with Impact. These experiences have taught her to work with people of all backgrounds as well as offer a wide base of knowledge that can be applied in any business setting. She has worked in the signage industry for over three years and has efficiently demonstrated the ability to achieve and exceed her goals each year.

Mark Burruell – Phoenix Production Manager

     Mark Burruell has been Production Manager at Impact Sign and Graphics, Phoenix Division, since our doors opened in June 2014. Mark is a native of Phoenix, and has been in the Building and Construction Industry since 1995 in a variety of positions. His previous position as a Buyer for the City of Phoenix, and later, for the State of Arizona, has made him an expert in maintaining Vendor Relationships, helping us to offer the best possible prices to our Clients, while still achieving consistently high quality. Mark manages all aspects of Production for Impact AZ, from Planning, to Fabrication, to Installation. He leads an incredible team of hard working Installers and oversees the Design/Art Department as well. Mark has earned the respect of our Impact AZ team for his vast knowledge and tireless dedication to providing high-quality products to our Clients.
